New Dining Options at CLE

In recent months Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) has added several new dining options and intends to add more in 2019. 

In July 2018, Incatea opened its second location on Concourse C. The café started as a tea company and was founded by three college friends. The walk up eatery offers juices, breakfast bars, salads etc. and has become known as a hotspot for healthy food options at CLE. In addition to its teas derived from purple corn, Incatea comes in a variety of six blends including its signature Peruvian Spice Berry, and ancient touches to traditional green, black and chamomile teas. Each tea blend is Non-GMO, gluten-free and the business itself is certified by the Rain Forest Alliance for its sustainable practices. The café located on Concourse C is open daily from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. 

CLE ‘wowed’ its guests again in December 2018 when it opened Chicago-based restaurant Wow Bao.The eatery is known for its hot Asian steamed buns, potstickersand rice & noodle bowls. The restaurantoffers a fun, upbeat atmosphere sure to attract new customers daily. The hot Asian bun referred to on the menu as baos is a favorite amongst customers and comes in various selections such as teriyaki chicken, spicy Mongolian beef, Thai curry chicken, whole wheat vegetable, barbeque Berkshire pork, spicy Kung pao chicken, orange chicken and chocolate. Wow Baoalso offers breakfast with choices like “World’s Best Oatmeal” and a Bacon, Egg and Cheddar bowl. The eatery is located on Concourse C directly across from C8 and is open daily from 4 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.

Embers’, another new restaurant at CLE conveniently located steps away from TSA’S central checkpoint, is a restaurant and lounge offering an open circular set up and is the ideal place for drinks and people watching.  With menu items like loaded fries, jumbo wings and coconut shrimp, the restaurant’s unique contemporary atmosphere is sure to please any crowd. Ember’s opens daily from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and closes at 7:30 p.m. 

Panini’sreopened on Concourse A, last month. The Cleveland based restaurant started in 1986 as a late night food and drink spot. Today it provides CLE guests with a casual dining atmosphere offering menu items such as burgers, fries, pizza, wings and everything in between. It also provides a to-go window for guests in a hurry. Panini’s, is the perfect welcome for new Cleveland visitors and is open daily from 4 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Shake Shack is scheduled to open in CLE’s food court adjacent to Chic-fil-Ain early 2019. The restaurant which calls itself a “modern roadside burger stand” is based in New York and offers hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken sandwiches, French fries, milkshakes and custards. The restaurant also offers a mushroom burger option for vegan guests. Shake Shack will be a walk-up restaurant open daily. Stay tuned for additional details.
