With a Hopkins Hangout Pass, non-ticketed guests may access our airport’s secure side to accompany a departing loved one, greet a friend upon arrival, or just check out all that CLE has to offer, subject to TSA approval and screening.
Therapy Dog Program
In an exclusive partnership with Brave Buddy Service Pups, Hopkins Hounds is designed to support the emotional well-being of travelers and airport staff through calming interactions with certified therapy dogs.
Accessibility Program
As part of a global initiative to help those with non-visible disabilities discreetly signal that they may need additional time or support while traveling, CLE is participating in the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program.
Volunteer Program
Airport Ambassadors are volunteers—many of whom have had successful careers in a variety of fields—who provide information and assistance to travelers and their families, friends, and business associates during their visit to CLE.
Sensory Inclusive Program
It’s your first flight. Your child has sensory needs. Or, maybe, airports just make you nervous. Whatever the reason, Hopkins Flight School is your opportunity to perform a pre-flight practice run without ever leaving the gate. Plus, guests will receive a complimentary Sensory Toolkit loaded with helpful items for travel day.
