On the day of your departure, drive directly to our curbside valet station, located on our Upper Roadway (Door 1).

Next, simply hand your keys to the attendant and let them know what cleaning, detailing, or maintenance services you would like Vohnt to perform on your vehicle while you’re away.

Alternatively, if you plan to utilize our Smart Parking Garage, you may book car care services using the link below. Park your vehicle on the 1st floor, using the far-right entrance gate. Follow Vohnt signage toward the elevators and park in a numbered Vohnt VIP space. Upon your arrival, drop off your keys at the Vohnt key box (shown in image) located on the 1st floor near the elevators (before entering the terminal). Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your mobile phone number to complete drop-off.

You will receive a keybox code the day you return to collect your keys from the Vohnt dropbox.

Daily Smart Garage parking rates still apply, and are separate from any services rendered and billed by Vohnt while your vehicle is parked.

• Interior window and windshield cleaning

Good news, regardless of what type of vehicle you have, Vohnt only charges $200 for their standard full interior and exterior car detail (this doesn't count if you have an RV or a Bus, and yes, we've serviced these vehicles too). 

The Vohnt team gets it, life happens! They try to be as reasonable as possible with their cancellation policies.

• If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within two (2) hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee.
• If you fail to meet our driver for key pick-up within 15 minutes of their arrival, you will be charged the full price of your service fee.
