Taxis & Ride Shares

For passengers leaving the airport, CLE offers a dedicated taxicab service. Our fleet of white, CLE Airport Taxis consists of 110 vehicles with GPS technology, in-cab camera's, a pre-set rate structure, and drivers who receive enhanced customer service training. Three companies jointly operate this outbound service: Ace Taxi and Americab.

To use the taxi service, look for the taxi entrance, located at the south end on the Baggage Claim level (carousel #11). Pickups are made in this area only. Taxi cab drop-offs can be made anywhere on the Airport campus. Taxi cab service is available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Anyone who may need taxi cab service after normal business hours (5:00 am - 11:00 pm) will need to contact one of the taxi cab companies directly. 

Credit cards are accepted by all taxi companies.

Rideshare pick-up and drop-off can be coordinated on either the upper (departures) or lower (arrivals) roadways.
