Traveling Internationally

For International Arrivals

International passengers arriving Cleveland Hopkins International Airport who have not been pre-screened (including nonstop arrivals from Cancun, Montego Bay, Punta Cana and Reykjavik) will enter the Federal Inspection Station (FIS) at CLE. Please note there are two Global Entry kiosks available for Global Entry members https://www.cbp.gov/travel/trusted-traveler-programs/global-entry inside the FIS.

We ask that passengers take all liquids over 3.4 ounces from their carry-ons including cosmetics and beverages purchased at duty free and place them in their checked bag to be placed on the belt to baggage claim or place your carry-on bag with the liquids inside on the belt to baggage claim before entering the TSA screening line to enter the concourse. The only exception is for clear liquids purchased at duty free that are in a sealed (unopened) duty free container.
