Valet Service Reopens at CLE

Air travel continues to pick up at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). Year-to-Date, CLE is currently at 58% of 2019 passenger numbers, which is higher than the national average of 54%.
With the return of passengers comes the return of services. Starting Thursday, July 1st, 2021 Valet Parking Services will reopen at CLE. Valet personnel will take extra safety precautions to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests during the valet process.
The following safety procedures will be in place:
- All valet personnel will be required to have received the COVID-19 vaccine;
- All vehicles will be disinfected using a UV light;
- Steering wheel covers will be used by valet personnel; and
- Valet personnel will continue to wear masks until the Federal Mask Mandate expires.
Valet offers curbside service for the traveler that is looking for the ultimate convenience while traveling. Upon reopening, Valet will be ticketless, offering a smooth and simple pay-by-phone payment method for retrieving your vehicle. No apps to download, remotely request your vehicle then receive a text confirmation.
