Cleveland, Ohio – March 18, 2026 – Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is proud to announce the arrival of Avelo Airlines, marking the airline’s first-ever service to Cleveland. Avelo’s entry into the market adds new nonstop routes that provide Northeast Ohio travelers with more convenient and affordable travel options.

Avelo will offer twice weekly nonstop service to Concord, North Carolina, and New Haven, Connecticut, beginning June 19, 2026.

These nonstop routes will operate on Mondays and Fridays and will connect travelers to:

  • Concord, North Carolina: Part of the Charlotte metropolitan area and home to Charlotte Motor Speedway, with easy access to Uptown Charlotte’s business district, dining, entertainment, and major sporting events.
  • New Haven, Connecticut: A beautiful coastal city on the Long Island Sound, also known as “Elm City” for its historic New England green spaces. It features Yale University, East Rock Park, world-class museums, and its famous New Haven–style pizza.
