In an effort to create a more inclusive, accessible, and welcoming airport experience for all, CLE now offers free Sunflower identifiers in the form of lanyards, bracelets, and pins, with our teams trained to recognize them and respond with care.

Flying can be exciting – but it can also be stressful.  That is why Hopkins Hounds Therapy Dogs are here to make your journey a little brighter.  Our specially trained gentle pups and their dedicated volunteer handlers roam through the airport to offer our guests a friendly face, a wagging tail, a wet nose and a calming moment!  Hopkins Hounds brings warmth, comfort and calm directly to our guests to enhance their overall passenger experience.
