Information Desk

The Airport Information Desk is located in the main terminal, on the ticketing level near the Central Security Checkpoint. The Airport Information Desk provides assistance to travelers, their families, friends and business associates. It provides paging services, directions, lost and found, airline contact information and help to passengers trying to navigate CLE.



Welcome Center

The Airport Welcome Center is your gateway to the City of Cleveland. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is trained to help passengers get the most out of their time in Northeast Ohio. From simple questions like directions around town to personalized recommendations such as restaurants and landmarks, the Airport Welcome Center is a great resource for anyone landing at CLE. 

The desk is located at the center of baggage claim between Carousels 5 and 6. It’s staffed throughout the day during busy periods, and in the evenings until 11PM.



Lost & Found

For items lost on an aircraft, please contact your airline.

For all other items, Lost & Found hours are Mon-Fri 4:30AM–4:30PM. Please call 216.265.0777. Anyone looking to recover an item outside of normal business hours can do so by making an appointment or using the form below.

Language Assistance

Please visit the Information Desk located on the Ticketing level next to Security Checkpoint B. The Airport Information Desk can be contacted on any white courtesy phone by dialing 6030, or from any telephone by dialing 216.265.6030



Traveling with Pets

Passengers who are traveling with pets or service animals can now utilize the convenience of the CLE Pet Relief Area. The pet relief area is at the north end of baggage claim, nearest to Carousel 1. The door is to the left of the USO. Pet waste pickup bags and a trash receptacle are available. Owners are asked to please clean up after their pets.

Cleveland Hopkins Airport TACKL Health (COVID-19 Testing)

COVID-19 Testing at the airport is voluntary, and not required by Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. More information on the TACKL Health program is available here.
