For items lost on an aircraft, please contact your airline.
For all other items, Lost & Found hours are Mon-Fri 4:30AM–9PM on the central information desk located on the ticketing level. Please call 216.265.0777. Items collected will only be held for 30 days from when they are found. Anyone looking to recover an item outside of normal business hours can do so by clicking on the Contact Us Here link and completing the form and submitting it. Someone will following up the next day during normal business office hours M-F 8AM - 4:30PM

Airport Tour Information
Out of an abundance of caution to reduce the potential spread of the coronavirus, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport has suspended the airport tour program. Consideration will be given to restarting the tour program based upon the health and safety of our guests and staff.
For anyone wishing to hold a public demonstration or picket, please reach out to the Commission’s Office with a signed letter on official letterhead detailing your request including dates and times. If you are distributing any material or planning on holding signs, please include a copy or picture in your submission.
