For International Arrivals
International passengers arriving Cleveland Hopkins International Airport who have not been pre-screened (including nonstop arrivals from Cancun, Montego Bay, Punta Cana and Reykjavik) will enter the Federal Inspection Station (FIS) at CLE. Please note there are two Global Entry kiosks available for Global Entry members https://www.cbp.gov/travel/trusted-traveler-programs/global-entry inside the FIS.
We ask that passengers take all liquids over 3.4 ounces from their carry-ons and place them in their checked bag which will be returned to you before you clear U.S. Customs or place them in a carry-on bag that can be sent to bag claim by placing it on the FIS bag belt before entering the TSA screening line to re-enter the concourse. The only exception is for clear liquids purchased at duty free that are in a sealed (unopened) duty free container.
The United States Customs and Border Protection Agency provides inspection services for international passengers who arrive at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The Agency is located on the ramp level of Concourse A, across from Gate #5.
