Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE), Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport (BKL), www.clevelandairport.com, and Cleveland Airport System are registered trademarks, common law trademarks, service marks, or otherwise protected intellectual property of the City of Cleveland and may not be used, copied, or imitated without the prior written permission of the City of Cleveland.

The City of Cleveland’s intellectual property related to either Cleveland Hopkins International Airport or Cleveland Burke Lakefront Airport may not be used with any service or product that is not authorized by the City of Cleveland. The City of Cleveland’s intellectual property may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or in any manner that disparages either the City of Cleveland or the Cleveland Airport System.

Anything for which permission to display, use or otherwise distribute is given must contain the notice “Copyright City of Cleveland, Ohio; used by express permission”. The unauthorized use, uploading, posting, and/or distribution of any trademark or service mark of the City of Cleveland protected by copyright or other proprietary rights is illegal and subject the malfeasant to civil penalties and criminal prosecution.
