Banks/ATMs
There are twelve ATMs at the airport facilities which are located in the following areas:
  • Concourse A (Adjacent to Gate A-1)
  • Concourse B* (Adjacent to Retail Core and at Gate B-5)
  • Concourse C (Adjacent to Gates C-5 and C-14)
  • Concourse D (Adjacent to Retail Core)
  • Main Terminal (Adjacent to Concourse C Checkpoint)

The ATMs are owned and operated by Charter One Bank. 
*Deposits can be made only at the B Concourse ATM.
 
There is a Chartway Credit Union office and ATM located on the south end of the baggage claim level. The credit union office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST). The credit union may be contacted at (216) 898-9880. The Chartway ATM is available 24 hours per day. Both the credit union and the ATM are operated by Continental Airlines. 
 

Currency Exchange
Patrons can exchange currency pre-security on the baggage claim level across from Baggage Carousel 9 or post-security inside Concourse C Security Checkpoint, between Gates C-2 and C-3.

U.S. Mail Boxes (inside the terminal)
There are two U. S. Postal Service mail boxes at the airport, both in non-secure areas of the main terminal. One mail box is located in front of Security Checkpoint A, and one is located in front of the Security Checkpoint B. The United States Postal Service makes pickups at 10:45 p.m. (EST) Monday through Saturday. There is no mail service on Sunday. 
 
U.S. Customs Information
The United States Customs and Border Protection Agency provides inspection services for international passengers who arrive at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The Agency is located on the ramp level of Concourse A, across from Gate #5.

USO Facilities
The Bob Hope USO Lounge was named after one of America's greatest comedians, a Cleveland native, the late Bob Hope. Mr. Hope tirelessly entertained U.S. troops under the USO banner for decades. The USO lounge is available to traveling U.S. Military Service Men and Women and their families. It is located on the North end of the airport’s baggage claim level, adjacent to Carousel 1 and is open daily from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. (EST). The USO provides a place to grab a snack, email a loved one, read a book, watch a movie, or just find some quiet time on a travel day.

Pet Relief Area
Passengers who are traveling with pets or service animals can now utilize the convenience of the CLE Pet Relief Area. The pet relief area is at the South of end of baggage claim, nearest to Carousel 2. The door is to the left of the USO. Pet waste pickup bags and a trash receptacle are available. Owners are asked to please clean up after their pets.
 
Pets, including dogs and other animals, are not allowed in the terminal except for:
        • An animal used by a law enforcement officer in the officer’s performance 
          of duties
        • A seeing-eye dog escorting a visually impaired person, or other animal 
          being used for assistance to disabled person
        • An animal that is being delivered to, or picked up from, an air carrier for 
          transportation
 
Ticketed passenger with pets must carry the animal in a cage approved for airline use except when going through security checkpoints. Visitors to the airport are not permitted to bring pets inside the terminal, including baggage claim and the ticket lobby, unless the animal is a service animal.


Interfaith Center

The Interfaith Center is located on the secure side of the airport next to the Concourse B Security Checkpoint. The Center is open Monday through Sunday, from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (EST). Members of all faiths are encouraged to visit the Center for a few moments of quiet meditation or reflection.

The Interfaith Center is available free of charge for organized religious services. These services are for the traveling public and employees only. Please call (216) 265-3320 with questions.
