Arrivals (Pickup)
Picking up passengers at CLE is easy with our convenient curbside access and designated pickup zones. The pickup area location is designated as the Arrivals, on the lower level of the terminal facade. Travelers are encouraged not to wait at the lower level for arriving passengers, but rather to utilize the cell phone lots or the Smart Garage.
Departures (Drop Off)
Dropping off passengers at CLE is quick and convenient with our dedicated curbside lanes and helpful staff. All departing airlines are marked on the overhead signage, located on the upper level of the terminal facade. Travelers who need assistance for drop-off can also utilize the Smart Garage for up to 30 minutes for free.
