Common Use Facilities

The City of Cleveland (“City”), owner and operator of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (“Airport”), through the Director of Port Control (“Director”), is soliciting written proposals from persons and firms that are qualified in providing maintenance, operation and management services for the City-owned Common Use Gates and associated Facilities at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The qualified proposer should at minimum have a thorough knowledge of airport common use gates and faciltiies operations including: financing, leasing, management, maintenance and oversight.
