Information Desk
The Airport Information Desk is located in the main terminal, on the ticketing level between the ticket counters for Southwest Airlines and USA3000 Airlines, near the B checkpoint. The Airport Information Desk provides assistance to travelers, their families, friends and business associates. It provides paging services, directions, lost and found, airline contact information, and help passengers navigate Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).
The Airport Information Desk is staffed seven days per week, 365 days per year, from 6:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. (EST). The Airport Information Desk can be contacted on any white courtesy phone by dialing 6030, or from any telephone by dialing 1.216.265.6030.
