The Airport Information Desk is open seven days a week to assist passengers with questions, comments or concerns. It is located on the ticketing level of the main terminal between the Southwest Airlines ticket counter and Security Checkpoint B. The CLE Customer Service Office is located on the baggage claim level of the main terminal and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST). Airport Ambassadors are located throughout the airport and are available to assist passengers in navigating the airport, provide information and directions to local venues, and to assist delegates and groups attending functions in Cleveland. The Airport Ambassadors can be identified by their smiling faces, helpful attitudes and the gold blazers they wear.
