The Airport's Ground Transportation Services Office is located on baggage claim level (lower level) of the main terminal, between doors #1 and #2 across from carousel #3. The office is responsible for management of the Airport's parking garages and all forms of ground transportation including taxis, shuttles , and limousines however, we are not able to make arrangements for any public transportation. All transportation services such as Shuttles, Limo, or Taxi Services must be obtained by either calling your local telephone operator, or referring to our web site. please click on the subheadings on the menu to the left for phone numbers. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST). The parking information hotline can be reached at (216) 898.5189.
