The Airport Information Desk is located in the main terminal, on the ticketing level near Security Checkpoint B. The Airport Information Desk provides assistance to travelers, their families, friends and business associates. It provides paging services, directions, lost and found, airline contact information and help to passengers trying to navigate CLE.
