The annual stakeholder survey results are divided into two groups, the areas where Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) has direct control (i.e., directional signage) and those areas where it does not have direct control (i.e., TSA security). Employees of the Cleveland Airport System are consistently striving to make it the best performing organization in the industry.
