The CLE Customer Service Office is located on the baggage claim level of the main terminal and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).
Airport Ambassadors are located throughout the airport and are available to assist passengers in navigating the airport, provide information and directions to local venues, and to assist delegates and groups attending functions in Cleveland. The Airport Ambassadors can be identified by their smiling faces, helpful attitudes, and the gold blazers they wear.
The Airport Information Desk is located in the main terminal, on the ticketing level near Security Checkpoint B. The Airport Information Desk provides assistance to travelers, their families, friends, and business associates. It provides paging services, directions, lost and found, airline contact information, and help to passengers trying to navigate CLE.
The Airport Information Desk is staffed seven days per week, 365 days per year, from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. (EST). The Airport Information Desk can be contacted on any white courtesy phone by dialing x6030, or from any telephone by dialing (216) 265-6030. The Airport Welcome Center is located at the center of baggage claim between Carousels 5 and 6. It is staffed throughout the day during busy periods, and in the evenings until 11:00 p.m. Staff at the Welcome Center provide assistance to arriving passengers.
Lost and Found
For items left in the public areas of CLE, including the parking garage, ticketing level, baggage claim, RTA levels, or at the rental car facility, travelers should contact the Airport Information Desk at (216) 265-6030.
For items left in an airline hold room, on board an aircraft, or left at any security checkpoints, travelers should contact the airline or TSA directly. Telephone numbers for the airline lost and found services are the same as for lost baggage. Please visit the Lost Baggage
